The Aqua-Pure AP-DWS1000 is point of use drinking water filtration system designed to purify drinking water at the point where it is being used, primarily under the kitchen sink. This filter removes the taste and odor of chlorine, particulate, sediments, lead, VOCs, parasitic protozoa cysts and MTBE from drinking water.

It has an advanced dual stage carbon block filtration system. The cartridges for this filter can be easily changed. The special feature in this purifier is the built-in automatic shut-off meter that automatically shuts off the system after 625 gallons (2,366 liters). This serves as a reminder to change the cartridge. The hardware in this filter includes pipe connections for installation.

The AP-DWS1000 ships with a set of AP-DW80/90 filters and a complete installation manual that aids as an easy reference and simple installation guide.
